GREETINGS – August 28th-Last night of league play and position night The 16th and last week of league is now in the books. Errors on the cards returned with wrong handicaps listed, addition errors and wrong points given on a hole. E-mails went out to those involved. Position night sure had some high scoring matches, particularly from Division 2. There were teams that did not want to give their position away. They defended well. Jon Moore had an EAGLE on hole 7. Chipped in from just off the green. The final standings are listed below. There will be a more comprehensive listing of all the action from the season in a later letter. Remember if you are in one of the top 8 teams from each Division then you can expect a separate e-mail indicating which team you will have a match against in the Division Playoffs starting next Wed. the 4th of Sept. and then again on the 11th of September. If your team cannot play please let me know so I can contact the next team in line. Matt Meunier will be handling the skins for those two nights and he will send a separate e-mail to those teams involved as to the particulars for that.
