The 12th week of league is now in the books. After I heard some comments from some of you about my greeting from last weeks play at least I found out that there are a good number of you that actually read it. Expectations were high for this week which proved for the most part that errors were greatly reduced. UNTIL I GOT TO THE LAST CARD. Could tell right off the bat that the person doing the scoring probably didn’t read my weekly greeting because while he was able to circle his own birdie he failed to circle 5 (FIVE) Birdies and an EAGLE for other members in the foursome. It caught my eye right away because how can a player shoot a 32 without any birdies. I want to express by appreciation to Mike Ermi, Jeff Fuggiasco, Jeff Weirsba, Ron Broetzmann, Ken Wanner, Dan DeLaura, Chris Gissal, Andy Fix, Rob Martin, Paul Miller, Mike Jenkins, Bill Siberzahn, Peter Smith, Mike Walther and Mike Payne for having the ability to fillout an acceptable scorecard. I will out of state next week so many of you may or may not miss me but play will go on. Unless I get any new handicaps from Dave Strackbein by Sunday night all of you will be using the same handicap sheets from 7/31 with the side you will be playing changed to the appropriate side as shown on the schedule. The binders and skins will be given to Rachel on Monday morning. Any errors have been communicated to the teams involved. The standings have changed dramatically in some cases. There were 16 total birdies and 1 EAGLE. 10 from Div 1 and 6 from Div 2. There was only 1 birdie with a player NOT-IN. Tom Halla had 2 birdies and an EAGLE on hole 15 in his round of 32. Matt Meunier had 3 birdies in his round of 39. Skin winners are:
